Aww the tennis tournament!!!!

Some people's favorite time of the year is Christmas, for other's it's watching the flowers blossom in the spring time...for me it's the tennis tournament in Palm Springs CA!!!! My family goes out every year amongst the windmills, sparkling diamonds and super old people to bake in the sun and enjoy some quality tennis (the Williams' sister don't attend because we boo-ed them one year :)

My dad spoils us with great seats! We get so close you can hear them talk between each other and sometimes themselves! Dan enjoys checking out all the upcoming super stars and I don't really blame him...when it comes to anyone besides his girlfriend he has good taste!

We do also socialize between each other also though. Here is me and my favorite sister-in-law!

And don't worry Snelgrove I wouldn't disappoint you and leave out my dad's hat ;) P.S. It was documented but I did walk around for the majority of the day with a hat just like this one!

We're there from 11am until some evenings 11pm...we take this things pretty seriously! Sometimes the night matches are the most entertaining. We watched the Bryan brothers play again Bagdatis and Bob hit Bagdatis "down stairs". He milked it for everything he could...the trainer came and everything...loved it!!!! The crowd was in histarics

When there weren't people getting hit down low and the tennis lacked Peter Bendheim (good family friends with my dad) and I would scope out all the large diamonds. This is a picture of one of the un-ranked players rings...apparently even the unranked players do pretty well (no zoom taken with this photo)

Going to Australia gave me a sense of pride for their country and so I cheered on Lleyton Hewitt! He didn't win but he went further than I expected (it was my cheering and all my practice from back in hs). He is married to Becca, who is actually more famous over there than he is. She is an award winning Soap Opera Actress and I even scored a photo with her! :)
